Toxic relationship and depression
Nowadays, every other person is suffering from depression, anxiety, insomnia, and many other mental illnesses. It is for many reasons we will list later, but now, we emphasize more on depression because of relationships that are toxic ones, so it’s basically, depression due to toxic relationships is the most common these days in our society.
Toxic relationship:
What is toxic? Toxic or toxicity means something that is harmful, or, in medical terms, it is something that is poisonous to the body, or, in simple words, that is not good for your body or mind or that is not good for you in any sense.
How did it start? So, a toxic
relationship often starts with a lot of morality and beauty and conversation
that touches your heart and you feel so good about it, but actually it's not!
absolutely not.
At the beginning, you feel that this person is right for you, and this is the person you want in your life because that person is hiding his/her current face from you. And then you end up with nothing when that person destroys you for so many reasons,

Depression:
Depression is a mental illness in which you
feel down and don't want to do anything, and it badly affects your whole body
and your system is affected so much because of depression.

It's basically due to changes of hormones in women throughout her life, so in some phases of her life she has depression. So, in menstruation, miscarriage, menopause, and in relation with toxic partner etc. are the causes of depression in women.

Depression in children:
Wanting to do something that they don't like,
changes in sleep pattern, bullying, feeling sad all the time, wanting something
but cannot get it.
How to know your partner is toxic to you?
- Mostly you
feel sad or unhappy or drained with your partner after spending time with
him/her.
- Toxic partners
lie all the time and manipulate you, by not telling the truth.
- You feel
disrespected and he makes you feel devalued.
- You cried a
lot.
- Toxic
communication.
- He gets all
your information and does not give his side of the information.
- He knows each
and everything of you, but you know very little about him.
- He wants
everything from you.
- He will try to
convince you to do certain things that you don't like but you are still
doing for his happiness.
- He emotionally
blackmailed you to do what he wants.
- He gives you
his time when he is free.
- He will never
make you feel good or happy.
- He never makes
an effort for you.
- He restricts
you from something but doing that thing himself.
- He abuses you
and says bad things to you and your family.
- He mostly
says, I hate you, or I am done etc.
How do relationships cause depression?
- Continuous
bullying and feelings of waste, fear, insecurity and even narcissism cause
depression.
- Feeling of
being manipulated into something you don't want to do.
- You are always
the one who is solving the problem.
- You started
hiding things from that person, because you are afraid of him.
- Your energy is
drained after talking to him.
How to cut a toxic partner away from you:
- Don't just sit
and suffer with a toxic partner and make you feel depressed.
- Consider help.
- Join a support
group.
- Seek help
legally.
How to deal with depression:
- Meditation
will help.
- Do something
that makes you feel good.
- Go out with
friends.
- Do anything
that you love.
- Make a hobby.
- Read books.
- Listen to some
podcasts.
- Listen to
Healing music.
